1. Returns

You may return items purchased from our website within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
• Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, the refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) as well as the packaging for our records.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. We will assist you with the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
